Develop product positioning, messaging, content, launches, and sales enablement for Tucows Domains’ portfolio. Conduct customer, market, and competitive research; manage segmentation, reporting, and performance insights; and collaborate with product, sales, account management, business development, and customer care teams. Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and analysis while supporting new business opportunities and product releases.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, integrations, and services. Provide technical direction, lead architecture discussions, coordinate complex initiatives, manage dependencies, review code, improve performance and observability, respond to production incidents, maintain tests and CI/CD workflows, and mentor engineers. Collaborate remotely with Product, Operations, and engineering teams to deliver reliable software.
