Develop and execute product marketing strategy for TrustArc’s privacy management software. Responsibilities include product messaging and positioning, launch planning, content creation, customer and competitive research, sales enablement, website optimization, thought leadership, video development, demand generation, and customer adoption initiatives. The role requires translating complex technical concepts into clear content for diverse audiences and collaborating with product, content, privacy, sales, and external agency teams.

Own enterprise customer implementations and ongoing success from kickoff through renewal. Train customers to configure TrustArc, adopt AI capabilities, build integrations, and independently manage privacy workflows. Serve as a trusted advisor, lead business reviews, organize feature requests, monitor adoption and renewal risk, and align technical implementations with measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong SaaS integration knowledge, project management, executive communication, change management, and technical enablement skills.

Acquire new B2B clients in the data privacy marketplace, manage full sales cycles, understand customer privacy needs, use consultative selling, present TrustArc solutions, forecast activity in Salesforce, negotiate complex agreements, collaborate cross-functionally, and exceed revenue targets.
