Provide senior process engineering leadership for design, construction and commissioning of water treatment, mine water management, remediation and reclamation projects. Prepare reports, specifications, contract documents, and signed/sealed deliverables. Review drawings, prepare design packages, support risk assessments, client engagement, proposal development, travel to sites, mentor junior staff, and resolve technical issues.

Provide hydrogeological technical input across projects, design and implement groundwater studies, perform field sampling and tests, develop conceptual and numerical groundwater models, integrate groundwater data into multidisciplinary assessments and reports, and support remedial planning and environmental compliance.

Support delivery of aquatic services including environmental assessments, permitting, regulatory support, stakeholder engagement, project management, business development, and mentoring. Lead permitting activities, represent clients in meetings, monitor legislation changes, and provide technical support across projects.
