Build pipeline and territory plans with sales, product, and marketing teams while achieving quotas and addressing complex customer needs.

Lead a distributed front-line support team across Canada and New Zealand. Implement ITIL-aligned incident management, ticket triage, SLA monitoring, queue management, and escalation practices. Coach team members, manage resourcing and performance, analyze incident trends, and drive continuous improvement using approved AI tools. Partner with Tier 2 management, Engineering, and Product teams to improve resolution quality and customer service across global operations.
