Drive new customer growth for Toast among Asian cuisine restaurants in Vancouver. Responsibilities include following up on marketing-qualified leads, generating referrals, conducting Mandarin-language discovery calls and product demonstrations, preparing quotes and contracts, closing sales, positioning Toast against competitors, and supporting successful customer onboarding. The role requires fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin and is based from a local home office.

Drive revenue growth among mid-market restaurant groups with 40–500 locations. Build and manage qualified pipelines, engage C-suite decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations, structure deals, negotiate contracts, and close new and existing business. Maintain accurate account data, prioritize territories, understand competitive positioning, and collaborate with service and implementation teams. The role requires complex SaaS sales expertise, long sales-cycle experience, restaurant technology knowledge, and travel of 30% or more.

Lead international integration engineering by architecting scalable distributed systems and an AI-powered development harness for partner integrations. Guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, review architecture and code, establish development and deployment best practices, and deliver production solutions. Collaborate with product, design, QA, UX, and partner engineering teams while using Java, Kotlin, event-driven messaging, and cloud technologies.
