Lead behavior-based segmentation, personalization, AI-enabled workflows, campaign testing, performance reporting, and predictive targeting. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Analytics to increase engagement, product adoption, retention, pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

Lead international integration engineering by architecting scalable distributed systems and an AI-powered development harness for partner integrations. Guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, review architecture and code, establish development and deployment best practices, and deliver production solutions. Collaborate with product, design, QA, UX, and partner engineering teams while using Java, Kotlin, event-driven messaging, and cloud technologies.

Lead design and delivery of scalable ML systems across the full lifecycle for recommendations, forecasting, targeting, and personalization. Collaborate with engineers and product teams, set modeling and productionization standards, mentor data scientists, guide architecture and experimentation, and apply cloud and MLOps best practices to drive measurable product and business impact.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable backend features and APIs for enterprise restaurant products. Lead complex projects, ensure quality with automated testing, monitor rollouts, collaborate with UX/PM, mentor engineers, and partner across teams to improve functionality and reliability for customers.
