Teams at Third Space

Supports accounts receivable and tenant accounting for commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities include recording receipts, managing PAD payments, processing rent rolls and tenant charges in Yardi Voyager 7S, reconciling payments to bank transactions, resolving discrepancies, and handling residential move-in and move-out accounting. The role also assists with reporting, reconciliations, accounting controls, and other property accounting tasks.
