Supervises and performs electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and fire protection system testing across student housing facilities. Organizes trade crews, assigns work, trains apprentices, responds to emergencies, prepares estimates, orders materials, maintains records, and ensures compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, permits, and university policies. Serves as the Field Safety Representative and communicates with customers and departmental stakeholders.

Provides administrative coordination for the UBC Dietetics Program, supporting student admissions, graduation, placements, communications, events, appointments, financial processing, records, scheduling, calendars, and routine laboratory operations. Maintains program systems and documentation, reconciles financial information, coordinates agreements and appointments, supports events and equipment servicing, responds to inquiries, and recommends improvements to recurring administrative processes.

Leads university payroll and benefits operations, controls, compliance, reporting, reconciliations, audits, process improvements, and system implementations. Manages approximately 25 staff through team leads, ensures statutory and contractual compliance, oversees payroll controls and security, resolves complex issues, supports collective bargaining, and collaborates with Finance, HR, Tax, Risk, auditors, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
