Lead and manage a portfolio of carbon projects through Project Design, ensuring milestone delivery, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and investment-readiness. Support development of project PDDs and validation readiness, build business/financial capabilities, and dedicate 20% time to Business Incubator program design, curriculum, data management, budgeting, and reporting to prepare projects for investment and scaling.

Lead and guide region-wide, science-based conservation strategies across Latin America. Provide strategic vision, manage multidisciplinary teams, support applied research partnerships, oversee monitoring and evaluation, and align budgets and fundraising to deliver measurable conservation outcomes toward TNC's 2030 goals.

Lead needs assessments and stakeholder engagement to design a centralized conservation data system. Advise on technical platform options, collaborate with IT, produce reports and presentations, and drive adoption across portfolios. May lead project teams and support adaptive management through data strategy and implementation.
