Coordinates COHO’s staff development program, including onboarding, curriculum development, training scheduling, competency assessment, coaching, mentoring, and professional development. Maintains learning resources, tracks participation and competency milestones, incorporates quality assurance findings, and recommends improvements to training and service delivery. Supports probationary employees and managers with developmental feedback while maintaining a limited client portfolio for operational awareness. Regular travel to client sites and occasional evening work are required.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor conducts reviews of housing co-op management and maintenance operations, evaluates governance, records, documentation, reporting, and service delivery systems, identifies risks and service gaps, and prepares improvement recommendations. The role also provides relief coordination and portfolio transition support, monitors corrective actions, analyzes organizational trends, supports quality indicators and dashboards, and contributes to staff coaching, onboarding, training, and continuous improvement.
