Provides Level 2–3 technical product support for Thales security and database products. Troubleshoots complex customer issues across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers; interprets logs and packet captures; recommends workarounds; supports integrations, patches, and hotfixes; reproduces defects; documents issues; and coordinates with engineering, product teams, vendors, and global support teams.

Implement highly available, multi-tenant services; troubleshoot distributed applications, databases, and production issues; apply test-driven development and secure coding practices; collaborate with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, support, and operations teams; and deliver features within Agile sprint timelines.

Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable microservices for a cloud-based key management platform and SaaS service. Implement multi-tenant, highly available solutions using containerized environments, troubleshoot distributed applications and databases, and support production issue resolution. Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and support teams in Agile sprints. Apply test-driven development, secure coding practices, code reviews, documentation, and automation while developing enterprise software and RESTful APIs.

Design, automate, operate, and maintain the cloud platform for the CipherTrust Data Security Platform. Ensure reliability, observability, and security via monitoring (Datadog), SLOs/SLIs, incident response, DR planning, automation (Terraform/Ansible), container orchestration (K8s/OpenShift), and collaboration with architects and developers. Produce operations reports, runbooks, and participate in on-call rotations.

Respond to security and system-health incidents for Imperva Cloud Application Security, provide monitoring, configuration, integration and post-sales support, analyze traffic and attack data to tune policies, consult internal teams, produce reports and automation, and participate in customer reviews and occasional on-call weekends.

Plan and execute IVVQ (integration, verification, validation, qualification) activities for a data security product. Create test strategy/plans, design and maintain automated UI/API/integration tests, integrate tests into CI/CD, manage test resources, reduce flaky tests, support integration/fix cycles, and represent IVV in final system acceptance testing.

Design and execute automated tests for a cloud-based data warehouse, perform functional/integration/performance and concurrency testing on big data systems, maintain cloud environments, reproduce and track bugs, and collaborate with developers and QA team to improve automation and system reliability.

Design, build and expand automated test coverage for a data-oriented ETL product. Learn the data model, create test plans, execute automated and manual tests (Pytest), analyze results, and ensure quality across cloud environments and multiple databases. Work within Agile and CI/CD pipelines.

Lead strategy and roadmap for bot management and application security products. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing; engage customers; drive detection, architecture, and platform decisions; deliver scalable, high‑performance detection and reporting features; coordinate cross-team priorities and launch large-scale initiatives while monitoring market and competitive trends.
