Diagnose, repair, configure, calibrate, and validate self-driving systems installed on autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets. Investigate sensor, compute, software, connectivity, wiring, and hardware issues; perform updates and technical readiness checks; document findings; and escalate complex problems to engineering. The role collaborates with technicians, safety operators, fleet teams, and operations leads to reduce downtime and ensure vehicles are safe and ready for testing or commercial autonomous operations.

Leads daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations across depots, ensuring vehicle readiness, safe dispatch, charging, maintenance, and operational efficiency. Manages teams and 24/7 shifts, monitors fleet KPIs, develops procedures, supports depot launches and fleet expansion, coordinates stakeholders, investigates incidents, and drives continuous improvement across testing and commercial autonomous mobility programs.

Drive a company-provided vehicle along assigned routes while supporting a technical data-collection project. Operate simple in-car equipment, complete daily tasks using mobile apps, follow schedules and instructions, and maintain safe driving practices. The role offers a full-time Monday-Friday schedule, covered vehicle and fuel expenses, performance bonuses, optional weekend work, and a three-to-six-month project duration.
