Lead customer discovery, experimentation, attribution and reporting, agent governance, benchmarking, integrations, instrumentation, and commercial planning. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and executives to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Own the full lifecycle, security, compliance, and support of company endpoints across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices. Administer UEM and Okta, deliver escalated IT support through Jira Service Management, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain asset records, enforce endpoint security controls, automate provisioning and triage with AI, and partner with Information Security on audits, access reviews, and least-privilege policies.

Own product marketing for Tempo’s Atlassian Marketplace suite and connect multiple products to its flagship platform and Strategic Portfolio Management narrative. Develop multi-product messaging, persona and industry positioning, pricing and packaging support, PLG go-to-market programs, launch frameworks, sales enablement, competitive materials, and growth campaigns. Partner with Product, Finance, Growth, and Partner Marketing, conduct customer research, influence roadmaps, and use AI tools to improve research and content workflows.
