Build and ship production AI systems for enterprise portfolio and planning workflows. Develop anomaly and signal detection, LLM-powered insight synthesis, natural-language planning rule translation, evaluation frameworks, and MCP tools. Partner with external AI providers initially, then establish internal standards for prompt design, model selection, agent architecture, reliability, and evaluation. Collaborate closely with product, design, and domain engineering teams.

Build and maintain Tempo’s cloud platform infrastructure, shared libraries, cross-service APIs, and core platform services. It also includes mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and leading initiatives spanning multiple teams.

Develop and maintain scalable Atlassian cloud products using Kotlin, Java, and server-side technologies. Responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, creating unit and integration tests, conducting code reviews, designing APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product, design, QA, and technical writing teams. The role requires building distributed systems using Kubernetes and AWS, working with SQL and NoSQL databases, and solving complex customer and product challenges autonomously in a remote environment.

Own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, retention, and revenue for Tempo Workforce Intelligence, an AI-powered enterprise product. Lead customer discovery, experimentation, attribution and reporting, agent governance, benchmarking, integrations, instrumentation, and commercial planning. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and executives to turn ambiguous customer problems into validated product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Own product marketing for Tempo’s Atlassian Marketplace suite and connect multiple products to its flagship platform and Strategic Portfolio Management narrative. Develop multi-product messaging, persona and industry positioning, pricing and packaging support, PLG go-to-market programs, launch frameworks, sales enablement, competitive materials, and growth campaigns. Partner with Product, Finance, Growth, and Partner Marketing, conduct customer research, influence roadmaps, and use AI tools to improve research and content workflows.

Full‑stack software development for Tempo flagship products: implement frontend and backend features, write tests, review code, design APIs, optimize performance and scalability, work with product, design, QA, and docs teams, and operate in a remote, collaborative environment using cloud and Kubernetes.

Develop server-side applications using Kotlin and Java, collaborate with teams to enhance Atlassian plugins, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.
