Analyzes client pension plan regulations, configures internal software for pension calculations, documents requirements, supports integrations and quality assurance, develops testing strategies, and troubleshoots implementation issues. Acts as a liaison between clients and project teams, recommends software improvements, and provides post-implementation customer support. The role requires strong technology, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with pension calculation and retirement plan administration expertise.

Provides administrative support for a retirement consulting team, including invoicing, scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, client-material preparation, CRM maintenance, reporting, onboarding logistics, expense tracking, and office administration. The role also supports senior leaders, coordinates facilities and technology, manages calendars, handles travel and registrations, and contributes to process improvements and special projects.

Leads end-to-end software implementation projects for pension and benefits platforms, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, governance, and client relationships. Manages executive stakeholders, steering committees, resource allocation, change control, and multidisciplinary configuration, data, QA, development, and integration teams. Mentors project managers, improves PMO practices, and applies AI and automation to reporting, forecasting, dependency mapping, and delivery governance.
