Serve as a front-line Coach brand ambassador by delivering personalized luxury retail experiences, styling customers, building client relationships, meeting sales KPIs, and driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling. Operate POS and clienteling tools, process transactions, support inventory and visual merchandising, maintain sales-floor and stockroom standards, and collaborate with teammates. The role requires flexible scheduling, physical ability to handle merchandise, and participation in training and brand initiatives.
