Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Tantalus TUNet systems (embedded devices, RF/IP networks, Linux back-end, databases, web front-end). Upgrade/patch software, configure billing exports, review/escalate cases, contribute documentation and tooling, perform occasional scripting and onsite/training support, and participate in after-hours rotation.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for grid automation solutions across hardware, firmware, communications, and enterprise software. Manage full product lifecycle, conduct market and competitive analysis, engage utility customers and partners, drive go-to-market and pricing, and build a high-performing product management team focused on customer adoption, regulatory compliance, and measurable product KPIs.

Validate embedded firmware, platform software, and communications for smart-grid devices. Develop and maintain manual and automated tests (Perl/Python/Bash), manage test environments, run integration/regression/performance testing, analyze logs/telemetry, support CI/CD and field trials, and improve test automation and QA practices.
