Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex travel booking, calendar and meeting coordination, expense reporting, database maintenance, front-of-house service, office and facilities coordination, event support, and confidential records management. The role also coordinates correspondence, supplies, couriers, maintenance services, and workplace safety committee activities.

Supports, enhances, and integrates ERP, WMS, manufacturing, reporting, and enterprise applications. Develops and optimizes SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports; troubleshoots databases, integrations, APIs, and data issues; translates business requirements into technical solutions; coordinates with vendors; and supports system implementations, upgrades, testing, documentation, training, and process improvement initiatives.

Lead enterprise digital transformation projects across manufacturing operations, beginning with a data foundations initiative covering governance, reporting, SQL warehousing, and Snowflake implementation. Manage technical teams, business analysts, vendors, budgets, risks, dependencies, schedules, and executive stakeholder communications. Coordinate related ERP, WMS/MES, CMMS, and EDI initiatives while delivering multiple strategic projects. The role requires strong project management, technical data knowledge, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership.
