Lead and grow national and large-format retail accounts to meet revenue, distribution, and growth targets through strategic account management, demand planning, promotional execution, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive listings, assortment and category reviews, business reviews, and represent the company at retailer meetings and industry events.

Lead finance representation for an ERP re-implementation and finance transformation, gather and translate business requirements, support UAT and data validation, and drive change management. Partner with FP&A on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and improve automation and standardization of financial processes and BI reporting.

Provide front-of-house and high-level administrative support to an 8-person senior executive team. Manage complex calendars and meetings, coordinate travel and expenses, maintain office/facilities and databases with confidentiality, support company events and safety committee, take minutes, and complete special projects and ad hoc tasks.

The Senior Product Developer manages product development from concept to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
