Drives incremental sales by prospecting, cold calling, reactivating dormant accounts, qualifying leads, handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and supporting Outside Sales Representatives. The role develops customer relationships, coordinates internally to expedite sales, supports retention efforts, reports activity, and closes sales when possible. It requires business-to-business inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, software proficiency, analytical ability, and effective account qualification skills.
