Two-year rotational new-grad program preparing participants for an Account Executive role in group benefits. Participants complete two rotations (e.g., Group Underwriter, Service Specialist), receive coaching, training, and hands-on client-facing sales experience, and may relocate within region. Responsibilities include client/advisor relationship building, pricing and risk assessment support, service delivery, and meeting growth and retention objectives.
