Leads global product marketing for PAYG phones, including positioning, portfolio strategy, launches, GTM execution, campaigns, digital acquisition, customer journey optimization, market intelligence, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports country teams and partners across emerging markets while optimizing marketing performance, customer adoption, usage, renewals, and revenue growth.

Lead global customer lifecycle and CRM strategy to drive engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and LTV. Design automated journeys, execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS, Push, In-app), manage MarTech platforms, perform segmentation and measurement, optimize performance through testing, and partner cross-functionally to implement integrations and new channel capabilities.
