Manages accounting and financial reporting for construction projects, including project setup, job costing, invoices, subcontractor payments, progress billings, holdbacks, change orders, forecasts, reconciliations, and project close-out. Reviews contracts and compliance documentation, ensures adherence to payment and lien requirements, supports project managers, mentors junior accounting staff, and improves accounting processes and controls.

Lead and manage the full development lifecycle for multiple residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Oversee approvals, financial modeling, consultants, budgets, stakeholder communications, construction coordination, leasing/marketing support, and asset management during holding periods. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to drive projects to timely, on-budget delivery.

Support and execute marketing, sales, and leasing initiatives across the real estate portfolio. Manage marketing materials, branding, digital campaigns, events, FF&E coordination, vendor relationships, databases, and reporting. Support sales/leasing operations, listings, campaign tracking, lead generation, and administrative special projects.
