Lead mineral processing engineering and design for mining projects from early studies through detailed engineering. Develop process criteria, flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, equipment specifications, control philosophies, cost estimates, reports, and testwork programs. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, support proposals and business development, collaborate across disciplines, interface with clients, contribute to hazard studies, and potentially support commissioning. The role is remote-capable, preferably based in Vancouver, with travel up to 30%.

Designs HV/EHV AC and DC substations, performing power-system studies and preparing layouts, schematics, specifications, calculations, and commissioning documentation. Supports procurement, construction, commissioning, proposals, estimating, quality control, and multidisciplinary coordination. Conducts site visits and provides construction support while working under senior engineering supervision. The role offers hybrid work across Vancouver, Burnaby, Edmonton, or Calgary, with occasional field exposure.

Supports strategic business development by coordinating and writing proposals, qualifications, and promotional materials. Translates complex technical information into persuasive client-focused messaging, collaborates with pursuit and leadership teams, supports competitive positioning and account development, and maintains pursuit information systems. Ensures materials meet brand, quality, visual design, and deadline requirements while managing multiple priorities across geographically dispersed teams.
