Lead program controls for complex infrastructure programs: develop controls standards, monitor cost/schedule performance, manage baselines and forecasting, implement EVM, oversee change and document control, produce reporting and KPIs, identify risks, and mentor project controls staff while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure program delivery.

Design and deliver instrumentation and control systems for mining, power, oil & gas, and renewable projects. Responsibilities include PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA architecture, instrumentation specifications, loop and wiring diagrams, industrial network and control room design, procurement support, construction/commissioning support, and multidisciplinary project coordination across project phases.

Design and deliver ICT systems for buildings following TIA/EIA/BICSI and Canadian electrical standards. Prepare drawings, specifications, tender documents, proposals and cost estimates. Provide on-site assessments, project management, technical leadership and mentorship to field engineers, liaise with clients/contractors, and conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with Stantec and client standards.
