Leads the K–5 Junior School alongside the Principal, overseeing faculty supervision, professional development, student behaviour and well-being, student life, teaching and learning, daily operations, safety, experiential learning, and school community initiatives. The role includes staff evaluations, recruitment support, conflict resolution, instructional leadership, field-trip risk management, family engagement, student activities, and ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding protocols.

Leads Junior School instructional development and IB Primary Years Programme implementation for Kindergarten through Grade 5. Supports the Principal with faculty supervision, recruitment, evaluation, student discipline, admissions, and school operations. Oversees curriculum planning, assessment, professional learning, IB evaluation, budgets, parent engagement, and library programming. Teaches inquiry-based library classes, supports literacy and technology integration, leads co-curricular activities, and contributes to the wider school community.
