Serve as the technical lead for channel partners, enabling partner-led revenue through demos, POCs, technical enablement, assessments, and support during evaluations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to communicate product value, track partner capabilities, and help partners meet technical requirements and certifications.

Lead GTM finance for Renewals and Customer Success: own topline and Opex analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance and cohort analyses, scenario modeling, and executive reporting. Partner with GTM Finance, Renewal Ops, Customer Success, Sales Ops, and BI to improve renewal forecasting, retention visibility, data quality, and metric governance, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Lead and deliver platform engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD initiatives from design through production. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure with IaC, Kubernetes/EKS environments, automation scripts, observability, and secure engineering practices. Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior engineers to improve reliability and developer productivity.
