Lead multiple engineering teams owning the internal developer platform, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability and developer tooling. Define technical strategy, remove development friction, improve developer productivity, coach managers, influence architecture, and deliver scalable platform capabilities in a distributed, remote-first organization.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services (primarily Python/Flask) for restaurant partners. Own projects end-to-end, identify high-impact opportunities, collaborate across product/design, ensure quality, monitoring, and performance at scale.

Lead and grow a services engineering team owning backend systems, APIs, integrations, and operational reliability. Partner with product and operations to define customer-focused outcomes, drive technical direction across Python/Go/Ruby services, improve execution standards, remove blockers, and develop engineers. Measure success by customer value, system health, and team performance.
