Design AI-first workflows that simplify complex Microsoft 365 migration and governance tasks for IT professionals. Conduct frequent customer research, validate ideas early, make data-informed decisions, collaborate with product and engineering leads, and refine designs through production. Contribute to design quality through critique, clear rationale, and strong execution in ambiguous environments.

Convert inbound interest and signups into qualified sales conversations for AEs. Qualify prospects consultatively, own product knowledge across ShareGate Protect and Migrate, use AI tools to accelerate outreach and pipeline management, and hand off context-rich opportunities while contributing process improvements to the SDR team.

Own marketing attribution across HubSpot and HockeyStack, build campaign and funnel reporting, diagnose inbound and channel performance, and translate data into executive-ready investment recommendations. The role partners with marketing and RevOps leadership, governs UTM and lifecycle data, evaluates attribution models, and uses Claude to accelerate recurring analysis and decision-making.
