Build the new ShareGate Migrate web app as a senior full-stack developer using React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET. Ship full-stack features, shape technical choices, integrate Microsoft APIs (Graph, Azure AD/Entra ID, MSAL), mentor teammates, anticipate risks, and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and quality.

The Software Developer II will design and develop full-stack features focusing on front-end development, contribute to product and technical discussions, and enhance the ShareGate platform's user experience with C# .NET and React.

Lead and coach a team of 4-8 Account Managers to transform a high-velocity renewal motion into a segmented, expansion-led engine. Own GRR, NRR, and expansion targets, forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene (HubSpot), cross-sell execution (ShareGate Protect), and partner with RevOps, Channel, Finance, and Legal to remove friction and protect at-risk revenue.
