Lead financial operations for a community non-profit, preparing statements, managing AP/AR/payroll, ensuring GAAP compliance, overseeing housing program finance (rent revenue, subsidies, RGI calculations), coordinating audits, managing grants and restricted funds, supervising finance staff, and acting as finance liaison to programs and housing leadership.

Perform physical warehouse tasks including loading and unloading food donations, assisting volunteers, removing unwanted items for recycling or disposal, supporting other SHARE programs with furniture and garbage removal, and helping on site as needed.

Volunteer with SHARE Family & Community Services to support seniors in the Tri-Cities Better at Home program. Roles include friendly visiting/phone visits, food hamper delivery, grocery shopping (phone or in-person), transportation to appointments, information-line support, and minor home repairs. Requires a minimum 4–6 month commitment, weekday availability, and a criminal record check. Mileage reimbursement available for some roles.
