The role involves supervising laboratory operations, providing leadership, ensuring quality compliance, conducting performance reviews, and training staff in chemical analysis and Good Laboratory Practices.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mining-sector client accounts as primary contact. Develop strategic account plans, drive retention and upsell, prepare proposals and forecasts, coordinate internal delivery, conduct business reviews, represent SGS at industry events, and support pipeline management and customer satisfaction.

Drive new business for SGS Geochemistry and Energy Onsite Laboratories within an assigned territory. Identify and engage prospective clients, develop proposals, manage RFP-to-operation processes, generate leads, maintain forecasts and CRM records, report market trends, collaborate with sales support and operations, represent the company at industry events, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
