Lead strategy and execution for an AgTech SaaS platform, owning roadmap, grower workflows, data integration, IoT in-field solutions, and partner hardware/commercialization. Drive analytics, APIs, and platform capabilities with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to deliver actionable agronomic decision tools and revenue growth.

Lead revenue accounting and the full revenue cycle including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. Execute month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end close, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Support audits, regulatory and tax filings, maintain internal controls, drive process improvements and automation, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, FP&A, Tax, and Legal.

The Director, Sales Excellence leads the development and implementation of a high-performance sales framework, enhancing sales processes, training, and reporting across business lines for predictable revenue growth.
