Leads corporate development and market strategy for an agricultural technology company. Evaluates M&A targets, joint ventures, partnerships, and commercial relationships; builds financial valuation and market-sizing models; coordinates due diligence and integration planning; and translates agricultural, competitive, regulatory, and customer insights into growth, product, pricing, and go-to-market recommendations.

Supports corporate development, capital markets, and FP&A through financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, due diligence, strategic assessments, and capital structure planning. The role develops three-statement and cash flow models, evaluates investments and partnerships, prepares investment and board materials, tracks portfolio performance, and provides actionable insights to senior leadership and internal stakeholders. It also supports investor relations, fundraising, negotiations, and product-level strategy in a fast-growing agricultural technology company.

Support core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger tasks. Process vendor invoices and payments, manage employee expenses and credit card reconciliations, generate sales invoices, lead collections, enter transactions in Microsoft Dynamics, complete month-end journal entries and reconciliations, maintain financial records, and prepare documentation for audits and reporting.

Lead strategy and execution for an AgTech SaaS platform, owning roadmap, grower workflows, data integration, IoT in-field solutions, and partner hardware/commercialization. Drive analytics, APIs, and platform capabilities with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to deliver actionable agronomic decision tools and revenue growth.
