Receive and process prescriptions and refill requests, enter patient and prescription data, manage inventory and stock (ordering/receiving/returns), perform expiry checks and billing adjustments, and communicate allergy/interactions to the pharmacist while following company policies and merchandising standards.

Lead and coach store team to deliver excellent customer service and operational standards. Support management with health/food safety, merchandising, inventory, HR initiatives, scheduling, and sales growth strategies. Perform floor duties including lifting, standing, and working in varied temperatures.
