Lead end-to-end Salesforce migration engagements as the primary technical and strategic contact. Coordinate with account teams and global delivery partners, drive AI-assisted automation and playbooks to accelerate migrations, resolve major incidents during cutover, and provide product feedback. Serve as subject-matter expert in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau to ensure successful go-lives and customer adoption.

Sell Salesforce platform and cloud solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Develop executive-level business understanding, identify customer challenges, map solutions, acquire new accounts, grow existing relationships, build business cases, present return-on-investment narratives, and close revenue while serving as a trusted strategic adviser.

Design, build, test, and operate scalable backend services, APIs, event-driven workflows, and customer-facing experiences for Salesforce’s Momentum product. Process high-volume conversation and transcript data while ensuring security, privacy, compliance, observability, and reliability. Apply test-driven development, CI/CD, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development practices. Participate in architecture reviews, production troubleshooting, on-call support, and cross-functional collaboration.
