Lead pre-sales strategic advisory for Public Sector customers: design AI-first transformation roadmaps, run discovery and Phase 0 engagements, create SOWs and reusable pre-sales assets, orchestrate cross-functional deal teams, enable Account Partners, and ensure delivery-readiness to accelerate pipeline, bookings, and AI adoption.

Design, build, operate, and optimize resilient large-scale distributed backend systems and cloud infrastructure automation. Contribute to open-source tooling, write microservices and IaC, manage live-site operations, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability and performance.

Serve as a strategic value advisor to Canadian accounts, translating AI-led technology into measurable business value. Lead workshops, build financial business cases, engage C-suite stakeholders, design value-led commercial structures, protect and grow account revenue, and champion thought leadership across sales and cross-functional teams.
