Leads sales and fuels tax recovery engagements for clients by reviewing tax payments, input tax credits, accounting records, and sales tax accounts. Identifies recovery opportunities and exposure areas, researches applicable GST, HST, PST, and QST legislation, prepares refund claims and supporting schedules, and presents comprehensive findings and process improvement recommendations. The role involves onsite client work, proprietary software, technical training, and 20–25% independent travel.

Manage and deliver sales and use tax advisory engagements, assign and coach team members, prepare proposals and client seminars, support service development, and handle French-language client communications and quality assurance for tax review files.
