Conduct SOX/ICFR risk assessments, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, develop remediation roadmaps, create control process flows and risk/control matrices, communicate findings to clients, and support internal audit and cybersecurity risk assessments.

Lead M&A tax advisory engagements, performing tax due diligence, analyzing federal and state transaction implications, advising on acquisition structuring and integration, and resolving complex client issues. Manage client relationships, lead and develop consulting teams, support practice strategy and brand growth, and identify opportunities for revenue expansion and service development.

Manages resource deployment for a consulting practice, matching employees to client projects while balancing utilization, employee growth, client outcomes, and business metrics. Analyzes staffing data and project pipelines, forecasts supply and demand, resolves conflicts, advises leadership on staffing solutions, and partners with Talent Acquisition and practice leaders. Leads staffing meetings, provides trend insights, maintains deployment tools and reporting, and develops staff. Travel is less than 10%.
