Configure, maintain, and support the Warehouse Management System for warehouse operations. Responsibilities include defining workflows and system parameters, managing data and databases, integrating WMS with ERP and order management systems, analyzing operational data, creating documentation, training warehouse staff, supporting go-live activities, and resolving help desk issues.

Provides inside sales and customer service for electrical distribution products through phone and email. Processes orders, inquiries, quotations, and ecommerce questions; verifies stock and recommends alternatives; follows up on quotes; and conducts outbound calls to generate additional business. Requires electrical industry sales experience, product knowledge, strong communication, multitasking, time management, computer literacy, and customer relationship skills.

Develop sales growth strategies for mining and natural resources customers, prospect and onboard new accounts, manage key customer and vendor relationships, achieve sales targets, and coordinate between projects, branches, and operational teams. The Account Manager will provide exceptional customer service, support sales initiatives, represent the brand, and mentor colleagues while maintaining professional customer relationships.
