The role requires prior inside or counter sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, multitasking ability, and effective performance under pressure.

Develop customer relationships and grow sales of motor control centers, variable frequency drives, and complementary electrical solutions. Provide technical support, deliver presentations, collaborate with internal teams, and pursue professional development toward a senior sales role.

Manage and grow industrial customer accounts by developing sales strategies, prospecting and onboarding new accounts, meeting sales targets, coordinating between projects, branch and operations, and maintaining vendor relationships while supporting team mentorship and brand initiatives.

Prepare and coordinate quotes for tendered electrical projects, perform electrical takeoffs and assemble specification packages, obtain and negotiate supplier pricing, liaise with vendors, contractors and internal teams, and support sales and project management to ensure quotes meet customer and company requirements.
