Manages administrative operations for a retirement residence, including resident engagement and records, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, benefits, scheduling, compliance, reception, and team leadership. Oversees receptionists, supports the resident sales experience, handles customer concerns, and ensures accurate and timely financial and administrative processes in a 24/7 environment.

The Talent Sourcing Specialist consults with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, sources candidates through various methods, and measures recruitment success while enhancing hiring manager capabilities.
