As a Senior Product Designer at Retell AI, you will manage end-to-end product design, shaping user interaction with AI voice agents and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Serve as a founding sales engineer driving enterprise adoption of Retell's Voice AI. Lead technical discovery, design solution architectures, build demos and proofs-of-concept, own RFPs and security reviews, and partner cross-functionally to move customers from evaluation to production while influencing product roadmap.

Deliver end-to-end voice AI solutions for enterprise customers: prototype to production, build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) with CRMs/ERPs, partner with sales, scope and resolve blockers, codify reusable patterns, translate field feedback to product recommendations. Fluent Mandarin required to support China-based customers; occasional international travel may be needed.
