Manage end-to-end offboarding and employee exits across global jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and excellent client experience. Provide first-level employee relations support, conduct preliminary workplace assessments, lead termination and negotiation meetings, draft termination documents, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product initiatives to enhance lifecycle operations.

The Lifecycle Specialist oversees employee exits, ensuring legal compliance and excellent customer service, while providing Employee Relations support and contributing to HR process improvements.

Lead multi-country Occupational Health & Safety activities including ADA accommodations, vendor management, return-to-work coordination, OHS audits, policy development, and employee safety training to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
