Leads and builds the FP&A function for a division, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and scenario analysis. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to guide decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve financial visibility. Manages finance staff, establishes processes and controls, and supports finance transformation through SAP, automation, and analytical tools.

Own financial management for a portfolio of projects, including P&L, balance sheet, forecasting, revenue recognition, billing, cash flow, variance analysis, and reporting. Partner with project, operations, commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to identify risks, improve performance, support audits, strengthen controls, and drive process improvements. Maintain project forecasts, resolve billing issues, support month-end close, and provide actionable financial insights.

Prepares technical quotes and cost estimates for electrical switchgear projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, and bills of materials. Collaborates with sales, operations, and engineering to develop customer solutions, maintains quotation records in Salesforce, manages multiple customer accounts and requests, processes orders, and supports customer inquiries. Requires electrical or equivalent experience, technical industry knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
