Produce and approve electrical schematics, manufacturing-ready drawings, BOMs, and datasheets. Lead PLC/HMI/controller configuration, support NPD, testing, production troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration. Mentor junior engineers and drive standardization, cost reduction, and engineering process improvements.

Provide advanced technical SME support for commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of LV/MV switchgear and power distribution systems. Serve as escalation point for field service, develop MOPs, document troubleshooting, liaise with Engineering and vendors, deliver training, and support on-site and remote field activities and factory/customer witness tests.
