Lead PLC/HMI/controller configuration, support NPD, testing, production troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration. Mentor junior engineers and drive standardization, cost reduction, and engineering process improvements.

Provide advanced technical SME support for commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of LV/MV switchgear and power distribution systems. Serve as escalation point for field service, develop MOPs, document troubleshooting, liaise with Engineering and vendors, deliver training, and support on-site and remote field activities and factory/customer witness tests.

Lead finance for the TPS business as the senior finance partner, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, working capital, project and revenue management, SOX compliance, and multi-site finance teams. Provide strategic financial insights, partner with operations and commercial leaders, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and develop finance talent across multiple locations.

Lead the plant accounting function, manage month-end close, payroll, AP/AR, costing and variance analysis, maintain internal controls, support SAP ERP implementation, partner with operations and corporate finance, and drive process improvements.
