Hands-on Lead Developer responsible for architecture and driving development of a low-code, configurable SaaS product. Lead technical design, prototypes and POCs, implement scalable solutions, mentor developers, enforce best practices, collaborate with project management, and support testing, deployment, and cross-functional implementation in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver software projects on time and on budget. Act as primary client contact to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, changes, and issues. Produce status reports, forecasts, steering-committee materials, and monthly executive updates. Facilitate team collaboration, run status meetings, and escalate as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

Hands-on Technical Lead to architect and drive development of a low-code, configurable SaaS product. Lead design sessions, build prototypes, develop in a .NET/C# and SQL Server environment, mentor developers, enforce engineering standards, and support testing, deployment, and stakeholder delivery in an Agile/Scrum team.
