Leads and develops a platform engineering team responsible for infrastructure, Kubernetes, control planes, deployment automation, observability, reliability, and operational tooling. Owns roadmap execution, resource planning, architecture guidance, production operations, incident response, cross-functional alignment, hiring, and team health. The role drives scalable platform capabilities across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments while promoting responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
