The Marketing Director leads global marketing strategy for the Life Sciences sector, driving initiatives across digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation to enhance visibility and growth.

Lead a multi-account medical communications portfolio (~$8–10M revenue), owning client experience, financial performance, delivery excellence, and cross-functional alignment. Drive account planning, organic growth, risk mitigation, and portfolio governance while coaching senior client engagement directors and ensuring predictable, high-quality execution across publications and other MedComms work.

Manage daily operations of the design team, overseeing project intake, resourcing, timelines, budgets, and quality control. Serve as liaison between Client Engagement and creative leadership, improve processes and systems, onboard staff and freelancers, coordinate vendors, and resolve production issues to ensure timely delivery of print and digital creative for medical communications projects.
