Prepare Canadian and international tax returns, including trust, personal, and estate returns. Support financial analysis, tax data organization, audit documentation, FATCA/CRS compliance, and tax regulation research. Provide administrative and communication support while meeting filing deadlines and client expectations. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy, organization, collaboration, and enrollment in an accounting, finance, or business administration degree program.

Supports wealth management advisors with meeting coordination, client service, onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, compliance records, trade processing, and account cash-flow management. The role also handles routine client inquiries, coordinates with internal departments, conducts research, supports projects, and maintains accurate client files and activity audits. This is a full-time winter co-op position providing hands-on experience in financial services.

Supports digital strategy and communications projects through research, executive presentations, content creation, training materials, intranet updates, communications, and administrative coordination. Collaborates with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to develop accurate, visually compelling materials aligned with brand guidelines. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and familiarity with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced wealth management environment.
