Process high-volume consignor disbursements: prepare consignor files, verify VAT and liens, maintain supplier/customer banking data in Oracle, prepare seller settlement statements and journal entries, reconcile sales, ensure invoices are paid, and improve remittance procedures.

Support period-end close, SOX and audit processes, contract revenue recognition, inventory valuation, and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare working papers, variance analysis, statutory compliance reports, and collaborate with Operational and Corporate Finance on process improvements and special projects.

Outside territory sales role responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and growing accounts across the Vancouver territory. Use CRM (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, build territory playbook, deliver customer presentations, partner with internal teams to negotiate, and attend regional auction events. Requires travel and driving; supports quota-driven targets and relationship-based selling.
