Supports recurring sales compensation administration, including commission calculations, payout preparation, exception tracking, data validation, reporting, and ICM system updates. Maintains compensation data, documentation, dashboards, and standard procedures; researches stakeholder inquiries and escalates complex issues. Partners with Finance/FP&A on incentive expense estimates and supports testing, process improvements, and data quality initiatives during time-sensitive compensation cycles.

Maintains the organization’s master content library, messaging frameworks, and brand narratives. Writes and edits content across campaigns, blogs, advertising, social media, email, video, radio, and executive communications. Develops AI prompts and workflows, reviews AI-generated content, applies SEO and GEO practices, translates technical information for varied audiences, and supports multiple marketing and communications teams. Requires strong copywriting, AI content production, messaging governance, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Leads conversion rate optimization across digital customer journeys by identifying friction, developing hypotheses, and managing A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments. Uses analytics, customer research, UX principles, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and marketing technology to improve conversion and revenue. Builds dashboards, measurement frameworks, roadmaps, and experimentation standards while partnering with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Creative teams. Also explores AI-assisted optimization, personalization, and emerging web technologies.

Administer and optimize global telecommunications, unified communications, contact center, conferencing, and mobility platforms. Troubleshoot incidents, manage telephony configurations, support users, monitor performance, coordinate vendors, document procedures, and lead migrations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives. The role also provides technical guidance, training, major incident response, and after-hours maintenance support across globally distributed environments.

Serve as the front line for equipment financing: contact auction buyers, obtain completed credit applications, provide rate quotes, establish pre-approvals, market financing products, close financing transactions, and support follow-the-customer and reseller strategies to grow book of business.

Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L/BS variance analysis; support month-end close, SOX-compliant documentation, audits, process improvements, and systems implementations while collaborating with corporate and operational finance stakeholders.

Lead architecture and evolution of the enterprise data platform. Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize cloud data warehouses, standardize semantic layer, drive CI/CD and IaC, adopt streaming ingestion, implement observability and governance, mentor engineers, and improve data quality and platform reliability across analytics and ML use cases.

Review, negotiate, set up, and audit customer agreements; coordinate with account managers, lenders, and customers to implement contracts and addendums. Manage contract workflows and status, ensure policy compliance, produce and deliver contract documents, support special projects, and provide training as needed.
