Leads strategic client relationships, account growth, executive advising, and full engagement delivery for enterprise marketing and content programs. Oversees scopes, budgets, profitability, resourcing, governance, and cross-functional Strategy and Content teams. Identifies client opportunities, develops proposals and service offerings, supports business development, and mentors Delivery team members. The role requires extensive agency account leadership, consultative selling, project management, marketing technology knowledge, and experience growing complex enterprise accounts.

Lead creative concepts and design direction across digital publications, reports, websites, infographics, presentations, and campaigns. Oversee designers and external creative partners, collaborate with strategists and clients, manage creative priorities and timelines, present work, support pitches, and improve creative processes. The role requires hands-on art direction, strong design fundamentals, portfolio-quality work, client communication, and experience in agency or publishing environments.
